The Onii Grounds (オニー集会所, Onī shūkaisho) is a region in front of the Dark Valley. It was a part of the Onii Kingdom until its Guardian, the Onii Man, was defeated by Corobo. After this point it becomes part of the Alpoko Kingdom, now called the Former Onii Grounds, although Oniis and other UMA still live in this area.
Geography[]
Initially, the Onii Grounds are accessed via a set of stairs from the Meadow over the Bridge in the west, which leads Corobo to the top of the ring of hills around the area. On the southeast strip of hills, there is a Hot Spring and blue tree which can be climbed by a Carefree Child to gain an Art piece.
In the middle of the area, the Onii Man is fought, although after his defeat the area becomes overrun with other UMA. Just next to the resting place of the Onii Man is a hole containing valuable treasure. Just north of it is the first Wonder Spot location. The northern set of cliffs can be accessed via a constructible set of wooden stairs, which allows Corobo to access a giant purse overlooking the Skinny Observatory. This purse can be broken by a Savvy Merchant.
The eastern set of cliffs can also be accessed by another set of stairs. They allow access to a hole containing the Toy Staff weapon, a hole with more treasure and, if Ginger has been met, a set of pots containing an Escargoo and an Art piece.
In the south is a giant log, able to be destroyed by a Buff Lumberjack, which leads to the Dark Valley.
