The Observatory is located in the Farmland. It is abandoned under the Guardian Onii Man's reign. Once Corobo conquers the area Skinny Ray appears and thanks Corobo for clearing the area. The Observatory is used to study the sky. Skinny Ray is found here at night and Corobo can read his notes.
